A. Authentication and Account Data
- Google Authentication: To use the App, users must sign in with a Google account. We collect your Email Address and User ID to manage your account, secure your profile, and sync your coin balance.
B. Local Document & Template Data
- Local Processing: For Resume, Invoice, and Business Card templates, any personal information you enter (Name, Address, Phone, etc.) is processed locally on your device using static HTML/JS. We do not collect, store, or share this sensitive document data on our servers.
- Error Reporting: If you choose to report a template error, we collect the template ID and any feedback you provide via Gmail to improve app functionality.
C. Virtual Currency & Purchases
- Coin System & Purchases: We store your "Coin" balance and collect Purchase History data via Google Play Billing to verify transactions.
D. Media, Files & External Content
- Photos and Images: We require access to storage to edit and save photos.
- External Previews: Template previews are hosted on secure third-party servers (Blogger/Googleusercontent). Accessing these may involve standard web logging (like IP addresses) by the host provider.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Account Management: To provide secure Gmail-based login and maintain your coin balance.
- Document Generation: To enable local creation of professional documents without third-party AI processing.
- Quality Control: To identify and fix broken templates based on user-submitted Gmail reports.
- Monetization: To process coin-based transactions and show personalized ads via Google AdMob.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share necessary data only with these trusted providers:

You have the right to access, update, or delete your information at any time:
- In-App Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated Gmail data directly through the App Settings.
- Web Request: You may also request account deletion by visiting our Deletion Request Page.
